Um... she has shiney socks because I damn well GAVE her shiney sock! lol.

The glow was really easy to do. So easy it's practically a crime. When I was markering her, I added light blue marker to all the places that would have a reflection- when I shaded, I kept the middle of her hands as the light source. Then, when I scanned it, I took it to paintshop and added an illumination effect, which is really kind of a cheap trick. The default colour is white, I just changed it to the right blue and messed around until it looked more or less right.

Simple.
